I bought this couple of months ago and It work amazingly. I have never had a problem with it. So up for sale is a Xbox Slim 4Gb with 1 Controller & all the wires + a Play and Charge kit.
I also have a Turtle Beach which will work but I don't have the wires for it but you could buy them separately from somewhere else.

Meh.
It's used so the value drops immediately from it's retail of $200. That's what you have to consider... a new Slim 4GB with a controller is the same price. If the TB is one of the lower end one, it's not worth much if you have to hunt down and buy cables. If it's a high-end one, it's a totally different story and may be well worth the price.
The games are just being thrown in because he doesn't play them anymore. They're old and most of them aren't that great. Forza 3 is probably the best one and still retails for $30. Do you really want any of these games? If not, this is not that great of a deal. If you REALLY want a few of the games, then it might be a good deal for you.
Personally, I'd offer him $140 and tell him to keep the games.
