For first timer users it will look insane but when you get used to the feeling its totally fun.

What is the value of the legend of zelda for the NES (it is gold and limited edition)?
I have the Legend of Zelda (gold edition). The gold edition means that it is a limited edition. I want to know what is the value of it, and how rare it is. The gold cartridge wasn't a limited edition. It was just produced in that color to entice more buyers. It was later made in the less desirable standard gray cartridge in later years but most copies are actually gold. It was the same way for Zelda II.
The value of it greatly depends on what else it comes with and condition. If it's complete or CIB(complete in box) it will have the cartridge, manual, map, original box, and styrofoam filler block. If it is in fact CIB then it can sell for anywhere from $25 to $100 depending on condition.
Just the cartridge will only get you about $5. There were a lot of them made. It was a best seller after all and millions of copies exist.
If you have just the manual with it you can get about $10 to $20. Manual and map will get you about $15 to $25.
I found all these prices on Ebay and they were actual prices paid under completed listings.
