It is 5 years behind Apple and 1/4th as cool but Zunes are kick ass. Iphone has a powerful processor , camera, and up to 32GB of storage depending on the model.
It is a shiny, slick version of the BREW platform. It is a third-generation UI device. It is popular among consumers and is gaining a foothold in the enterprise. Iphone is an example of this. Zune Phone seems to not be too far away. According to a media leak even larger than the one that resulted in forehand knowledge of the spherical Surface Computer, Microsoft has had high level executive meetings to kick start a project that would see Zune cell phones rolling off Microsoft manufacturing plants in the near future.
The "Zune Phone" rumors have been going around forever, and by now we've probably established that we'll probably be bettering a Zune service for Windows Mobile devices instead, which is more or less the same thing.
